"Easy to book, but I still had a few gripes"
The website and app are simple to use, booking only took me like two minutes. That part was great. I just wish a few little things were smoother, because I kept running into the same minor annoyances over and over. Nothing major, but still annoying, and it made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Felt Safe Overall"
Overall, I felt safe during my visit. The security seemed good and I appreciated that. The only small thing I noticed was that the parking area could use a bit more lighting, just to make it feel even more comfortable at night.

"Really convenient place to stay"
I stayed here mostly because the location seemed easy, and yeah... it ended up being really convenient. There were plenty of food options nearby, I could walk to a lot of places, and getting a ride was quick whenever I needed one.

I had a really smooth experience with this shuttle from the airport, the pickup was quick, the driver was friendly, and after a long flight it was just nice to not have to think too much and get where I needed to go without any hassle

"No surprise charges, thankfully"
I booked my stay through hyatt and was relieved that the price breakdown was actually clear. The taxes and resort fee showed up before I paid, and the confirmation matched what ended up hitting my card after checkout. I get really annoyed when hotels are vague about fees or bury details in confusing wording, so it was nice not having to guess what I’d actually be charged. No weird surprise fees so far, and I’d book this way again.

"Really nice stay with the kids"
Booked our family trip through hyatt.com and it was easy, no hassle really. The hotel was great for the kids, our room was nice and quiet, and the staff were chill and never made us feel rushed or anything.

Booked a spa day through Hyatt and it all went really smooth. the massage was great, the pool area was nice and quiet, and the staff were friendly without hovering or trying too hard. I felt properly relaxed after just one night... definitely would go back when I need a quick wellness break

I had a really good stay here. The pool was clean and only had maybe 5 or 6 people around when I went, so it never felt packed. The gym was simple but had enough machines to get in a quick 30-minute workout. Overall, everything was easy and hassle-free.

"Worth Booking Direct, Even If I Still Complain"
hyatt points do add up fast, which I really appreciate. I complain about hotel prices all the time, and I still complain about having to book direct, but the perks have actually been worth it. The late checkout has saved me more than once, especially when I’m tired and don’t want to rush out. I’ll still grumble about the rates, the fees, and the whole booking process, but overall, booking direct with hyatt has felt worth it.

Check-in was way faster than I expected. When I arrived, the staff already seemed to have everything set up, so I just showed my ID and had my room key in a couple minutes. It felt smoother than some other hotels I’ve stayed at, like when you’re stuck waiting and…
Check-out was just as simple. I already had the bill in my email, so I dropped the key at the desk and left without any back-and-forth. No line, no confusion, nothing annoying. Really appreciated how easy the whole thing was.

Cancelling was straightforward, which I appreciated. The only thing that stressed me out was the refund taking longer than they originally said. I don’t like feeling like my money is just tied up somewhere, so that part made me nervous. It did eventually get sorted, but I wish the timing had been more accurate upfront.

"Accessible room worked out, just took a minute"
I booked on hyatt.com and put in the request for an accessible room. Overall it was easy, and the room did have the grab bars and enough room to move around, so I’d say the setup was good. Check-in took a little longer because they had to confirm the room, which was slightly annoying, but they sorted it out. Since the staff fixed it, I guess it wasn’t really a problem, even though it kind of was for a bit.

I wasn’t expecting much from the room tech, but the WiFi was actually really fast in my room. Casting to the TV was simple too, and everything just worked without any hassle.

"Good food and nice drinks"
I stayed at the Hyatt and thought the food was good overall. Breakfast had a solid amount of options, and the coffee was decent too. Dinner tasted great, though it did take a little while to come out. Still, I was happy with the experience and would casually recommend it if you’re staying there...
